30-Day Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We currently do not provide you with return shipping labels. The item should be at our return address before the 30 days have passed after your item shows delivered by the shipping company.
To start a return, contact us at hello@CalmAndCotton.com. If your return is approved, you may proceed with shipping it back to us. Please be aware that you will need to send your product back in its original packaging. Items not returned in their original packaging will be subject to a partial refund of 70% of the cost of CalmAndCotton product. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Cost Restocking fee: No restocking fee. Refunds will only be provided for the cost of the items returned. Any shipping expenses or upsales, including expedited processing and insurance cost, will not be refunded after a return.
If your item is within the first 30 days after its delivery and your item is damaged or the wrong items were delivered, send us evidence at hello@calmandcotton.com, and a replacement will be sent at no cost with expedited shipping as soon as possible.
Customer remorse: For buying the wrong product or wanting to exchange the products, the customer will be liable to pay the return shipping cost.
Refunds (If Applicable)
Once your cancellation request is received or your return is delivered to us and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Late or Missing Refunds (If Applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account. Most banks take between 2-4 business days to complete the refund process and release the amount to your statement.
Please contact us at hello@calmandcotton.com and request your Authorization Number. Provide this number to your bank if the timeframe has been exceeded and your amount is still not reflected on your bank statement.
Shipping Costs for Returns
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
